Paul Victor
Somatic therapist

Whatever is on your mind or stuck in your body, I listen with integrity and presence.

How may I support you?

Somatic sessions

Touch & Awareness is a somatic approach grounded in the understanding that the body holds the imprint of past experiences, emotions, and trauma, often in ways the mind may not consciously recognize.

This gentle therapy offers an opportunity to tune into the messages your body carries, uncovering insights and fostering a deeper connection with yourself.

Touch & Awareness sessions are available for men & women looking to be more in tune with their body.

Conversations

Counseling delivers lasting changes by having open and honest conversations.

Whether you’re looking to improve relationships, manage stress, or rediscover your purpose, I offer a supportive and empowering space tailored to your needs.

I specialize in helping men build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and connect with their authentic selves, using practical tools and body-based techniques to cultivate self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth.

Men's Circles

A Men’s Circle is for men seeking deeper connections, greater self-awareness, and a solid foundation for personal growth. In a safe and non-judgmental space, men come together to share openly, explore meaningful topics, and offer support to one another.

I facilitate weekly circles for those who are curious to learn more or want to experience the power of sharing and listening in a group of like-minded men.

These circles provide a safe, supportive space for men to grow together.
