I am a Touch & Awareness body therapist, a method that uses a listening touch and soft conversation to bring awareness and relief to what is held in the body, be it tension, pain, trauma, stress and overall tiredness. It helps you to reconnect to the hidden, unconscious parts within yourself.
When you become aware of these unprocessed physical and emotional tensions, a relaxation of the muscles emerges, together with ease in the breath, more aliveness and emotional healing. You will be able to relate in a more nourishing way with yourself and with others. Paul Victor
